UK Forecast: A few showers - Turning wet in south, May 31 - 16:48

Friday For Scotland and Northern Ireland it should be a dry, fine day in here. Expect the best of the sunshine. Across England and Wales but rather cloudy morning with a few spots of rain some and scattered showers. In the afternoon scattered showers persist across Wales and central and southern parts of England but dry to the north with some sunshine and cloud. High temperatures of 13 to 20 Celsius.

Friday Night This evening most parts of the country will be dry with just a few spots of light rain perhaps in the south of England. Overnight the south along with Wales will be cloudy with some patchy rain but elsewhere it remains dry with clear spells. Minimum temperatures down to 5 to 10 Celsius.

Saturday After a dry start to the day, rain spreads in across Cornwall late in the morning and this pushes in across Wales and the Midlands in the afternoon as it turns heavy across south west England. To the north it remain s chiefly dry with sunny spells. A wet evening and night to come across Wales and southern England with the north dry and colder under mostly clear skies. Expect top temperatures today of 12 to 19 Celsius.

Sunday Chilly today. That area of rain is expected to linger across Wales and southern parts of England through the day. Scattered showers then develop across northern England and Scotland with Northern Ireland dry with sunny spells. Tonight more rain is expected in the far south of England with the remainder of Britain dry and mostly clear. A frost is possible across Scotland. High temperatures today of 10 to 14 Celsius.
