Morning Call: Scattered showers - Cloudier start in west, Apr 22 - 06:03

More sunshine with some isolated heavy showers forming Good morning, A light southeast wind is blowing through the country through today, bringing more very warm weather. Here is a subtle change that has taken place through the night though; moist air has moved north and is bringing more cloud to southern and western England and Wales, as well as southern Ireland this morning. This is producing a few showers, most to the west. To the north the morning is going to be dry with plenty of sunshine throughout. It will be feeling very warm as well. This afternoon sees temperatures triggering some showers over the Welsh Mountains and the high ground of the Midlands as well as the Pennines. Best sunshine in Scotland.

Have a great day. Simon me at simon.keeling@weatheronline.co.uk
